Step 1. Which decision are you looking at?
2. What are the alternatives to that decision?
3. Conduct ethnographic interviews?
4. Conduct participant observations
5. Select your sample based on initial data collection
6. Identify decision criteria, contrasts, ask why?, build individual's model
7. Build a composite model
